Healthcare providers, first responders and defense personnel come in the first line in a situation of Disaster: either a calamity or man-made disaster. Hence, they need a special training to be able to respond to disaster emergencies in terms of resources and responsibilities.
OBJECTIVE:
The course objective is to enhance health care personnel, first responders and defense personnel to be prepared to respond to mass casualty incidents. This will enable hospitals and healthcare facilities in general, to develop a well-organizedmajor incident plan and its testing methodology.
